Discord Verification & restoration

As most of LegitZenith's partnered communities know, We use RestoreCord's services for Discord Verification and holding backups of any of our servers incase of a malicious raid or nuke. RestoreCord potentially may log your personal information such as your Client IP, Geographic Location (Country Only), and Internet Service Provider. If you are concered about this, only VERY higher-ups in our communites are able to access this information, and we all try our hardest to keep your information safe and secure on Discord's servers. We collect this data to prevent the usage of bots in our server. With RestoreCord, we are able to add you back to the server if you left or were unintentionally removed during a nuke or raid. If you do not feel comfortable with this, you are able to go to your Discord User Settings, and Deauthorize Lithium (Previously known as "ZenBot").

How we handle Underage Users

We work our hardest to comply with Discord TOS and USA COPPA Laws, so we do not allow anybody under the age of 13 to access any of our affiliated Discord communities. Please know that this number may vary depending on what country you reside in. If we receive a report or a user indicates they are under the age of 13, we will perform a thorough investigation to ensure it is not an accusation and confirm they are of legal age. If we do confirm you're under the age of 13, we will give you a temporary ban of 5 years if we are not aware of your real age, or a temporary ban of 1-5 year(s) if we find out how long it will be until you have reached the proper age for social media use in your country.

Data Purge of Underage Users

As stated in "Discord Verification & Restoration", we may collect user information. To comply with laws inside of the USA and certain foreign countries, if we find a user to be under the age of 13, we will remove all of their personal information and data from our logs once requested.
